Cura Health is seeking a Dietary Services Leader to oversee the daily dietary department operations in our skilled nursing facility. You will supervise kitchen support staff, develop menus aligned with nutritional guidelines, and ensure high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Willingness to help train staff and support ongoing team development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager credential, or willingness to attend school while working toward it.
• 1-2 years of experience leading dietary services in a nursing home and assisted living setting.
• Experience leading kitchen or dietary support staff and training team members.
• Knowledge of nutrition planning, food safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Experience managing inventory, budgets, and departmental documentation for dietary services.
