What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department. You will also safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to maintain and enhance their overall health. Ensuring the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations is key.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic personality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) highly preferred
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
• Food safety certification as per state regulations
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills
