What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department. You will also provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents safely and efficiently, aimed at maintaining and enhancing their overall health. The Dietary Manager ensures the delivery of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) highly preferred
• Prior supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Food safety certification as per state regulations
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
