Clinical Nutrition Department:
- Reports to Clinical Nutrition Management Team for Baystate Healthcare System
- Join a large, supportive community of dietitians dedicated to elevating clinical nutrition care through evidenced based medical nutrition therapy and a hands-on clinical approach
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time, Part Time and Per Diem opportunities available
- Weekend rotation for full ad part-time positions
OPEN POSITIONS & LOCATIONS:
- Inpatient Clinical Dietitian (32 hours, benefits eligible): 3 days/week at Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA, 1 day/week at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.
- Inpatient Clinical Dietitian (full-time) (40 hours, benefits eligible): Base location at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA (level 1 trauma center, pediatric hospital too, high acuity and diversity opportunities).
- Per diem Inpatient Clinical Dietitian (Hours vary based on availability): Base location at Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA, but with the opportunity to provide coverage for all community hospital locations including Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, MA, and Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, MA.
- Per Diem Inpatient Clinical Dietitian (Hours vary based on availability): Base location at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, MA, but with the opportunity to additionally provide coverage for all community hospital locations including Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, MA, and Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA.
- Per Diem Inpatient Clinical Dietitian (Hours vary based on availability): Base location at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA (level 1 trauma center, pediatric hospital too, high acuity and diversity).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Dietitian – Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Licensed Dietitian – Commonwealth of MA
- Education: BS in Nutrition or related subject (required) and Masters preferred (Masters required for all those registered 2024 and after)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of experience in a pertinent area of clinical nutrition
- Experience with nutrition support (i.e., enteral and parental nutrition)
- Experience with the nutrition-focused physical exam
- Experience or interest in pediatrics

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
