Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering dialysis treatment and patient care. You will work under RN or Charge Nurse supervision to assist with treatments and patient assessments in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to policies. Strong communication and a commitment to ongoing learning are required to grow within our growing network of CMS-rated centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, and perform safety checks.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and follow company policies and regulations.
