Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team in Texas. You will work under RN/Charge Nurse supervision to deliver high-quality care, operate dialysis machines, monitor patients, collect samples, and ensure patient safety.

The role requires a proactive, compassionate attitude and compliance with all policies. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and a desire to work in healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients in need.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and patient care as part of a cross-functional team.
• Prepare machines, monitor patients during treatment, and collect samples per physician orders.
• Perform machine cleaning, safety checks, and document quality control results.
• Follow safety protocols and state/federal regulations; participate in staff meetings and training.
