Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients through dialysis care, monitoring vitals, and assisting with machine setup. You will record stats, assist with cannulation, and observe patients before, during, and after treatment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification or state-approved equivalent for experienced PCTs.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital stats and readings.
• Assist with cannulation and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and compassionate care throughout treatment.
