Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients during dialysis. You will monitor patients, record vital stats, assist with cannulation when trained, and help set up hemodialysis equipment with a compassionate, safety‑first approach.

The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to work around blood and needles, and current BLS/CPR certification plus a state‑recognized PCT credential (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO) if applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and tolerate blood/needles.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experienced PCTs require BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis and record stats.
• Assist with cannulation and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and safety throughout treatment.
