Job summary

Safelite is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I in Durham, NC to repair vehicle glass using our technology and Safelite methods. You will support customers with a caring mindset and maintain high-quality standards throughout repairs.

Responsibilities include hands-on repairs, managing work orders and documentation, and using Safelite MRM for communications. The role involves driving duties and adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass with Safelite techniques under supervision.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, documentation and customer communication using MRM technology.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks in the vehicle and shop as needed.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely and in compliance with policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to Safelite standards.
