Job summary

Safelite is hiring a certified Repair Specialist I in Pineville, NC. You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting and perform glass repairs with classroom and hands-on training, under supervision.

You’ll repair chips and cracks, manage work orders and documentation, and assist customers while promoting Safelite services. A valid license, SafeTech certification, and flexibility for shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.
• Safelite SafeTech certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and customer communication using Safelite tech.
• Clean the customer vehicle during wait times and perform basic housekeeping.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools; comply with policies and standards.
