Job summary

Safelite is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I to repair vehicle glass using industry-leading technology and Safelite practices. You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting under experienced supervision, while delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

The role includes hands-on training, managing work orders, and promoting Safelite promotions. Candidates must meet safety and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Learn to repair vehicle glass in classroom and hands-on settings.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation using Safelite MRMs tool; promote Safelite items.
• Keep vehicle interior clean and perform housekeeping in shop.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools; comply with policies.
