Job summary

Safelite is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I to repair vehicle glass using our industry-leading technology and service standards. You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance from experienced technicians and leaders.

You will handle chips and cracks, manage work orders and customer communication via the Safelite handheld MRM, and promote Safelite promotions while prioritizing customer happiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• On-the-job SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass under supervision and Safelite guidance.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on client vehicles.
• Manage work orders, documents and customer communication using MRM.
• Keep vehicle and shop clean; promote Safelite promotions.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools; comply with policies.
