Job summary

Safelite is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I in Apex, NC. You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting, repair chips and cracks, and manage customer communications using the MRM system while upholding high quality standards.

You will also gain paid training, access to benefits, and tuition reimbursement. Candidates must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass in classroom and hands-on.
• Repair chips, cracks and related auto glass issues.
• Manage work orders, documentation and customer communication via MRM.
• Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
• Assist with vehicle cleanliness and housekeeping tasks.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
