Job summary

City Auto Glass, inc. is hiring a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I to repair vehicle glass using our advanced tools and Safelite procedures. You will handle work orders, document customer interactions, and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will train in the Safelite Way of Fitting and work with experienced mentors to master repair techniques while ensuring safety and quality in every job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Learn and apply Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance of experienced technicians.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation using MRM technology.
• Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
