Job summary

Safelite is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I in Pineville, NC to repair vehicle glass using our technology and Safelite standards. You will learn the Safelite Way of Fitting under supervision and assist customers with care and professionalism.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with training provided and opportunities for growth within a leading auto glass company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification/training required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass using Safelite procedures and technology.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation using Safelite MRM tech.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools and chemicals.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
