Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree.
• Or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training efforts with staff, agencies, and stakeholders to meet certification needs.
• Follow federal and state requirements for child care certification and licensing.
• Provide training through presentations, webinars, and meetings across regional offices.
• Collect and examine data to help understand outcomes and support program planning.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and support tools for certification staff.
• Lead and participate in training and technical assistance work groups and report results.
