• Collect, interpret, and analyze information to assess compliance with standards and requirements.
• Review reports and assist counties and providers with meeting state and federal program expectations.
• Investigate complaints or major incidents and prepare recommendations for corrective actions.
• Assist with audits and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with established procedures.
