Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs seeks a Human Services Licensing Representative working from a home headquarters in Pennsylvania. Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience gathering and analyzing information in a social service or law enforcement program, and a bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Provider Inspections: Review agencies and programs to measure compliance with state regulations
• Inspection Summaries: Prepare reports that document areas of non-compliance found during visits
• Correction Monitoring: Check provider progress on correction plans through visits, calls, and document reviews
• License Determination: Assess compliance and recommend the appropriate license type for each provider
• Guidance Provision: Explain regulations and offer advice to help providers resolve non-compliance issues
• Complaint Investigation: Conduct investigations when complaints are received about provider operations
