Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) seeks an Associate Application Analyst – Cerner Support in King of Prussia, PA. You will work with the CIS Support Team to assist with clinical application software, interfaces, and procedural requests, ensuring timely, customer‑facing resolutions.

The role emphasizes incident escalation, post‑conversion support, and adherence to service levels while contributing to system maintenance and implementation efforts. On-site collaboration with clinical staff is common.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2 year/Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and/or a combination of education and experience that provides the skills and abilities necessary to perform this job.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication and documentation skills, and customer-oriented service excellence; able to work independently but also take direction as needed.
• Travel approximately 15% as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Supports maintenance and troubleshooting of clinical software, interfaces, and procedural requests as assigned.
• Assists with system implementation, end-user support, and post-conversion issue resolution.
• Prepares reports and maintains communications with application teams and user community.
