Job summary

Universal Health Services, headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an Application Analyst II-Pharmacy to support Pharmacy and related applications across a 25+ acute care hospital environment.

The role focuses on learning the People, Process, and Technology involved in data integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring system performance, with on-call support and frequent collaboration with the user community.

Qualifications

• Three to Five years of progressively more responsible Information Systems experience with Pharmacy Systems, preferably Cerner.
• 2 years of completed college coursework towards a Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of system application implementation, enhancement and support methods and practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of UHS Pharmacy and Pharmacy related applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitors resolution of maintenance or enhancement issues and assists with data integration across systems.
• Provides on-call support as scheduled and participates in relevant meetings.
• Establishes and maintains regular communications with user community.
