Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Application Analyst – Cerner Support in King of Prussia, PA. This role supports Cerner-based clinical applications, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with clinical staff to deliver timely solutions.

Responsibilities include first-level analysis, system maintenance, and post-conversion support. Travel up to 15% is required. A 2-year degree in CS/IS and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2 year/Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and/or a combination of education and experience that provides the skills and abilities necessary to perform this job.
• A quick learner of software and information technology, and motivated to learn new applications and business operations.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication and documentation skills, and customer service excellence principles.

Responsibilities

• Provides first level problem analysis and escalation when needed.
• Supports system maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting; works with CIS Support Center.
• Assists with application implementation and post-conversion support.
• Maintains regular communications with application teams and users.
• Ensures adherence to service level and change management policies.
