Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc., headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, seeks an Associate Application Analyst – Cerner Support to join the CIS Support Team. You will support implementation and maintenance for clinical applications, interact with clinical staff, and escalate issues when needed.

The role requires a 2-year/Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge: Requires a 2 year/Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and/or a combination of education and experience that provides the skills and abilities necessary to perform this job.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication and documentation skills, among facility customers and team members.
• Self-disciplined, able to work independently, but also able to take direction when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provides first level of problem analysis and aims to resolve issues; communicates back to the customer.
• Maintains proficiency in IT systems, policies and procedures.
• Researches and resolves CIS Support Center Tickets; tracks problems/issues and collects data for resolution.
