Job summary

New Hope Village in Carroll, Iowa seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to set strategy, guide execution, and advance the organization’s mission of empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role is permanent and onsite, reporting to a governing body and leading a diverse team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with a master’s preferred and at least ten years of progressive leadership, including executive-level experience, with strong preference for IDD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience including executive-level roles.
• Experience in an organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and lead organizational execution to advance the mission.
• Provide visionary leadership and oversee governance and operations.
• Guide a continuum of services including residential living, supported employment, home and community-based services, and day programming.
