They will build strong relationships with the Board, policymakers, staff, families, and partners, uphold Christian and Mennonite values, and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and resident-focused excellence.

Qualifications

• Progressive senior leadership experience in a complex nonprofit or healthcare setting.
• Experience leading multi-site operations with regulatory oversight.
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills.

• Lead the organization through funding changes and strategic planning.
