New Hope Village is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead operations in Carroll, Iowa. The role directs all functions, ensuring high-quality services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while reporting to the Board and guiding five direct reports.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior leadership, with experience in mission-driven organizations and a strong focus on collaboration, integrity and transparent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level leadership.
• Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for New Hope Village.
• Oversee all organizational operations and advance the mission.
• Report to the Board of Directors and manage a team of five direct reports.
• Foster a mission-driven culture and guide the organization through change.
