Job summary

New Hope Village seeks a Chief Executive Officer to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction, overseeing all operations to advance the mission and ensure outstanding services for individuals with disabilities. You will report to the Board and lead a team of five direct reports, driving organizational stability and culture.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive leadership, including executive roles, and experience in I/DD settings is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and drive meaningful impact as the Chief Executive Officer.
• Oversee all organizational operations and advance the mission while ensuring high-quality services.
• Report to the Board of Directors and manage a team of five direct reports.
• Foster organizational stability, mission-driven culture, best practices, and strategic change.
