Job summary

New Hope Village in Carroll, Iowa, seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic direction and lead operational excellence across all services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The successful candidate will report to the Board, manage five direct reports, champion a mission-driven culture, drive sustainable growth, and partner with the community to advance high-quality care and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level leadership.
• Experience within an organization serving those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for New Hope Village.
• Oversee all organizational operations and drive sustainable growth.
• Lead a team of five direct reports and report to the Board of Directors.
• Foster a mission-driven culture and transparent communication.
