Job summary

New Hope Village in Carroll, Iowa, seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The CEO will set strategic direction, oversee operations, and report to the Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate has at least a Bachelor's, preferably a Master's, and 10+ years in senior leadership, with experience in I/DD or similar human services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; master's degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
• Experience in or with organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for New Hope Village.
• Oversee all organizational operations and drive sustainable growth.
• Report to the Board of Directors and manage a team of five direct reports.
• Foster a mission-driven culture and guide meaningful organizational change.
• Build strong community partnerships and ensure high-quality services.
