AlphaGov in San Jose, CA, seeks an Executive Business Partner to work directly with the CEO on executive operations, organizational coordination, and strategic initiatives.

This role acts as the CEO's right hand and a trusted second set of eyes on the business, balancing high-level support with operational follow-through and long-term impact.

This on-site position offers a clear path into Chief of Staff and operational leadership as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive support experience at CEO/Founder level.
• Experience in real estate, construction, development, or property management preferred.
• Stable tenure with a long-term mindset and strategic influence.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
• On-site work in the San Francisco Bay Area; San Jose-based role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume executive inbox with triage and follow-up.
• Maintain and prioritize a dynamic executive calendar and scheduling.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, summaries, and presentations.
• Protect executive time by prioritizing business-critical activities.
• Draft confidential communications and assist with executive reporting.
• Coordinate domestic travel and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Track initiatives and drive accountability across departments.
• Support leadership with planning sessions and operating rhythms.
