Job summary

X Development, LLC is seeking an Executive Business Partner in Mountain View, CA to support executives and drive operational efficiency. You will anticipate needs, resolve issues, and enable focus on strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, manage complex calendars, travel, and facilities, while maintaining strong communication and judgment across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of direct executive support experience, including managing program duties and office management.
• Strong project management, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt.
• Ability to work with government agencies, country-level organizations, and C-suite executives.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, fast-paced org, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Empower Leadership: manage calendars, travel, facilities, equipment to free executives for strategic priorities.
• Strategic Partnership: coordinate meetings and clear conflicts for senior leadership, ensure meetings are prioritized.
• Drive Operational Excellence: optimize processes, streamline workflows, foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Operations & Facilities: manage landlords and vendors, order office supplies, keep workspace safe and organized.
• Administrative Support: handle mail, visitors, central phone line, calendars and meeting spaces.
• Culture & HR Support: champion internal communications, All Hands meetings, onboarding with HR.
