Job summary

Central Health in Austin seeks a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a trusted advisor, manage the CEO’s agenda, and align strategy across the system and external partners.

The role carries responsibilities to lead the CEO Office, embed Lean thinking, and coordinate cross-functional priorities, ensuring transparent communication and execution across departments and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Required education as stated: bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
• Experience: 5 years of related healthcare field experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the CEO Office with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate actions to advance CEO priorities.
• Lead and guide the CEO Office, embedding Lean thinking and values-based leadership.
• Drive strategic execution and cross-functional alignment across departments and the strategy team.
• Oversee CEO Office operations, scheduling, meetings, and program delivery.
• Facilitate Executive Leadership Team meetings and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Perform duties ethically and uphold the system’s mission and values.
