Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or Chief of Staff/senior operational role.
• Experience partnering directly with a CEO or senior executive in high-growth environments.
• Strong grasp of strategy, finance, operations, and org design, with cross-functional impact.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic thought partner to the CEO, offering candid counsel on complex decisions.
• Drive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and growth.
• Shape strategic plans, competitive positioning, and new market opportunities with the CEO.
• Track priorities, deliverables, and timelines across the executive team; ensure accountability.
• Coordinate executive meetings, offsites, and planning sessions; document decisions.
• Establish processes, metrics, governance to maintain high organizational discipline.
