The position includes executive support, project leadership, and collaboration with the Development and healthcare teams in a nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to define, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives and organizational priorities, identifying risks and ensuring accountability.
  • Prepare strategic briefings, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO.
  • Support decision-making by conducting research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights.
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, presentations, and key engagements.
  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s priorities to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Drive coordination and communication across the Executive Team to ensure alignment and follow-through.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and tracking action items.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational processes, communication, and execution.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational goals, KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support the development of executive communications, including speeches, messaging, and presentations.
  • Represent the Executive Office in cross-functional initiatives and meetings as needed.
  • Lead high-priority, confidential, and complex projects on behalf of the CEO.
  • Provide support on Board-related materials, reports, and communications.
  • Assist in crisis management and organizational change initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Development department on fundraising goals and initiatives.
