Job summary

TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions seeks a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a senior strategic and operating role focused on translating enterprise strategy into disciplined execution. You will synthesize complex information, frame decisions, and strengthen communications with the CEO and board.

This role works across functions to drive high-priority initiatives and ensure accountability while enabling strategic leadership at the top of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, corporate development, transformation, Chief of Staff, or another enterprise-level role.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with CEOs, senior executives, or executive leadership on complex issues and priorities.
• Proven experience leading significant cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than formal authority.
• Experience developing executive-level and/or Board-level presentations, decision materials, business cases, or strategic recommendations.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand operating and financial performance and translate data into business implications.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, technology-enabled services, management consulting, private-equity-backed organizations, or similarly complex environments strongly preferred.
• Experience within a regulated and stakeholder-intensive environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic and thought partner to the CEO, providing candid perspective on priorities, challenges, opportunities, and decisions.
• Translate strategy into execution by converting priorities into objectives, owners, milestones, measures, dependencies, and decision points.
• Strengthen the CEO’s operating rhythm by structuring and driving executive meetings, planning sessions, reviews, and leadership forums.
• Improve executive decision-making by synthesizing information, developing alternatives, and clarifying risks with concise recommendations.
• Lead preparation for Board and investor interactions with clear, compelling presentations and briefing materials.
• Drive accountability by tracking commitments, decisions, risks, dependencies, and progress against top objectives.
• Lead or unblock cross-functional initiatives spanning organizational boundaries and requiring executive coordination.
• Identify issues requiring CEO attention and determine escalation or delegation paths.
• Protect CEO leverage by owning preparation, coordination, and follow-through that does not need CEO authority.
• Strengthen alignment across SLT, surface competing priorities, and resolve blockers before execution delays.
