Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in executive support or related roles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multi-project coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive priorities, calendar, and travel for the CEO.
• Prepare briefings and materials for investors and leadership.
• Track commitments and follow through on action items.
