Job summary

BIORAY, Inc., based in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Executive Business Partner to maximize the CEO’s effectiveness by managing priorities and coordinating leadership execution on-site, Monday through Friday.

The role protects the CEO’s time, translates direction into coordinated action, and maintains the operating rhythm for leadership alignment. It requires high confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Efficient time management and calendar control.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel and meeting flow to protect focus on high-impact priorities.
• Translate CEO direction into action by tracking initiatives, follow-ups and commitments across the leadership team.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and notes for leadership meetings; ensure clear next steps and accountability.
• Act as a gatekeeper for information, ensuring the CEO receives the right context, data, and recommendations on time.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and cross-functional communication to avoid bottlenecks for the CEO.
