Job summary

BIORAY, Inc. in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Sr. Director of Finance to build scalable accounting infrastructure, forecasting, treasury, and strategic planning. This role partners with leadership to drive growth while strengthening controls and reporting across ecommerce and systems integration.

You will own the financial operating system, deliver actionable insights, and maintain regulatory compliance, with onsite work Monday–Friday in Irvine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• CPA preferred and 8+ years in progressive accounting/finance leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite; ecommerce and inventory background beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, month-end close, and GAAP compliance.
• Oversee financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and board-level packages.
• Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships.
• Ensure internal controls, tax/compliance, and audit readiness.
