Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO’s digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, content creation, and measurement to advance Dow’s priorities and strengthen reputation with customers, investors, policymakers, and employees.

Working with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders, you will build integrated digital engagement plans, monitor trends, and optimize ROI through dashboards and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent.
• 5+ years in executive communications, corporate communications or related fields.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement plans for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage executive content pipelines (LinkedIn, articles, blogs, videos).
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with priorities.
• Build a network of influencers, customers, policymakers, media and SMEs.
• Oversee digital reputation management and online profiles.
