Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Centrifugal Service Technician in Buena Park, CA. The role installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains centrifugal compressor product lines, including Centac and Turbo Air models, and associated components.

The candidate will read schematics, perform diagnostics, and document activities while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Travel to sites daily with overtime and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of centrifugal compressor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to work in diverse conditions and physically demanding environments.
• NFPA or equivalent safety standards familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance on pre-commissioning, start-ups, installations, and repairs of compressed air systems.
• Read wiring schematics and diagrams to research issues and implement solutions.
• Document service and installation activities with work orders and time sheets.
• Maintain rapport with customers and suggest improvements and product benefits.
• Conduct safety assessments and 47-point inspections on various compressors and dryers.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator for parts and supplies.
