Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management tools such as Entrata. Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year leasing experience in student housing or conventional housing.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property software.
• Proven Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective resident journey via phone, email, and SMS.
• Coordinate handoffs from AI assistant and update AI knowledge.
• Support creation and execution of marketing events and campaigns.
• Monitor lead reports and provide traffic insights.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Prepare weekly performance recaps.
