Landmark Properties in Orlando, FL seeks a Centralized – Leasing & Marketing Specialist to join its Centralized Services Team. You will manage lead follow-up, engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and SMS, and build relationships with university partners and vendors to meet leasing goals.

The role reports to the Associate VP of Centralization and interacts with onsite teams and corporate support.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of off-campus student housing leasing or conventional housing leasing.
• Hospitality experience beneficial.
• Internal candidates require 1 year in a related role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage lead follow up via phone, email, and SMS.
• Coordinate handoffs from AI assistant and update knowledge base.
• Analyze lead capture and traffic data to inform marketing initiatives.
• Support site teams with pre-leasing performance reviews.
• Plan and execute marketing events and partnerships.
• Oversee marketing emails and campaigns.
