Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in off-campus student housing leasing or conventional housing leasing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Entrata experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquency handoff and knowledge updates for Landmark’s AI assistant.
• Process open accounts payable and monthly write-offs.
• Maintain resident dashboards and communicate with residents, reviews, and financial notices.
• Audit weekly insurance enrollment and utility pre-bill accuracy; report concerns.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information and support weekly performance recaps.
• Participate in 4DX WIG sessions and assist in event planning for resident activities.
