MAX USA Corp is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the East Midwest region. The role targets growth, profitability, and a high-performance regional team in the industrial tools sector.

You will recruit and train regional staff, develop strategic sales plans, and expand distributor networks while traveling regularly to support field activities and trade shows. Requires 5+ years in regional/national sales and CRM proficiency.

Competenze

• 5+ years of sales experience with regional or national territory.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and hitting targets.
• Experience developing promotions, field training, and coordinating jobsite visits/open houses.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office suite.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Own all sales activities, customer relationships, and profitability within the region.
• Develop and implement regional and territory-level sales plans.
• Grow sales and profit based on National Sales Plan.
• Recruit, train, and manage Regional Sales Executives and Jobsite Specialists.
• Search for new distributors as needed.
• Travel regularly within the region to support field teams and customers.
• Represent MAX USA Corp at national and regional trade shows.
• Ensure timely reporting, including expense and visit summaries and CRM updates.
• Manage promotional budget.
• Coordinate with Office Manager on past-due accounts.
• Implement MAX programs with accounts (100 PSI, Powerlite, Concrete).
• Follow MAX company regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product research and field testing.
• Handle special projects per request.
