Job summary

Viking Fence in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Central Texas team. You will oversee sales, customer service, P&L, and dispatch coordination to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include mentoring a sales and operations staff, developing strategic plans, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships. A 4-year degree and prior construction industry leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Proven managerial experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in sales management, customer service and financial analysis.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, customer service associates, and dispatch coordinators to achieve targets.
• Develop strategic plans to drive growth, expand market share and customer base.
• Monitor branch performance: revenue, profitability, inventory, customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure retention.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of branch staff.
• Manage expenses and budget to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Oversee quarterly incentive pay plan based on EBITDA and branch performance.
