Responsibilities

• Accountable for P&L and inventory/AR for the location.
• Safeguards company assets and ensures inventory controls.
• Maintains staffing levels to meet service and financial goals.
• Builds relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinates with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitors local market trends and grows market share.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures policy compliance and process excellence; safety and regs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in the field.
