Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business, management, operations, sales, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, sales, operations, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees in a team environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations.
• Help lead, coach, train, and develop branch employees for a high-performing culture.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Assist in setting and achieving branch sales and profitability goals.
• Support business development to attract new customers and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to drive revenue and market share.
• Address customer inquiries and service issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support inventory management, including stock levels and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, productive work environment.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational recordkeeping.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze branch performance for improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to support branch objectives.
• Assist with cash management, security, and asset protection as needed.
• Act as branch leader in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
