Viking Fence in the Dallas Metro area is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, profit and loss management, and dispatch coordination. Lead a team to drive growth and deliver exceptional service to contractors and builders.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 25% travel, and proven managerial experience in construction. Strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze financials and manage P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales reps, customer service associates, and dispatch coordinators to achieve sales targets and deliver great customer experiences.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and expand the customer base.
• Monitor branch performance metrics including sales, profitability, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of branch staff; ensure safety and adherence to policies.
