Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to expand relationships and drive new business across Central Florida. This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel to meet clients and develop opportunities.

You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, UR, and Medical Bill Review to carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. Ideal candidates will have B2B sales experience, knowledge of medical management, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and a background in investigative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, ideally in the medical management industry (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
• Previous experience in investigative services is preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Meetings: Run 2-3 client meetings per week, about half in person and half virtual.
• Account Growth: Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Business Development: Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Full Sales Cycle: Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Proposals and CRM: Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Industry Presence: Represent Ethos at conferences and events, and partner with internal teams on smooth client onboarding.
