Job summary

TGW Systems Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Central Services Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Central Services team and to manage field service scheduling and customer service activities.

You will coordinate cross-functional communications and support continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with Sales and Operations to meet customer commitments. The role requires an Associate degree and a minimum of three years of experience in service operations or field

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years supporting service operations, field service coordination, or related field.
• Travel: 10 - 15% travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes customer site visits and on-call rotation balancing schedules and priorities.
• Reviews service contracts with Sales and Operations to align delivery with commitments.
• Maintains rolling technician schedule and allocates resources efficiently.
• Coordinates onboarding and training for new team members.
• Reviews field service reports for quality and consistency.
• Coordinates incoming field service requests and responds to escalations.
• Monitors KPIs for the Central Services team and supports improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
