Job summary

TGW Logistics in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a LTS Business Coordinator to support the Spare Parts & Warranty team. You will handle quotes, orders, invoicing, and key documents while delivering timely, personal service to customers.

This role offers exposure to an automated warehouse solutions environment with potential to grow into sales-oriented responsibilities, managing customers and helping drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of business order process from vendor to end customer.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ERP software; proficiency with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process spare part quotes, booking orders, invoicing, and key documents for LTS department.
• Administers activities related to customer requests and maintains a relationship with the customer by providing personal and timely service.
• Coordinates with the other LTS colleagues and Parts & Warranty Manager on customer issues related to spare parts and warranty claims.
• Performs item sourcing and vendor relationship management for 3rd party spare parts.
